Where can I buy Identity Defined products?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, so unfortunately, changes cannot be made after order is placed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website at any time to view your order status and shipping updates.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund where appropriate.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you're still having trouble, reach out to us—we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
