Identity Defined is meant to empower young professionals to embrace their true identity through apparel and accessories that inspire perseverance, confidence, humility, authenticity, discipline, resilience, and overcoming life's challenges.
Our mission is to redefine how individuals see themselves as they navigate their careers, providing them with meaningful products that reflect their strength in every step of their journey.

Identity Defined is an extension to A Chance to Succeed. While conducting mock interviews and career coaching sessions, we noticed that individuals were having a hard time embracing their adversities and projecting their perseverance in those environments.

Identity Defined focuses on creating high-quality products designed to show their identity over their heart and the definition on their back.

I’m Allisa Berryhill—an entrepreneur, mentor, and advocate for purpose-driven living. I created Identity Defined to empower individuals and organizations to boldly walk in who they are, unapologetically and with intention.

With a background in finance, career development, and community empowerment, my passion lies in helping people define themselves on their own terms—not by labels, limitations, or circumstances. Whether it's through curated apparel, mentorship initiatives, or brand empowerment tools, every offering from Identity Defined is rooted in authenticity, excellence, and impact.
